Shipping policy

We use a variety of delivery solutions dependant on the product shipped. For smaller items and items able to be boxed, Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This is done via the Australia Post App which is integrated with our checkout, and provides weight based rates directly from Australia Post using your postcode.

Smaller Orders are processed and dispatched within 48hrs on placement of your order, during the week. If there is going to be a delay for any reason, you will be contacted via phone or email, depending on the details that you have left at checkout.

Delivery times are taken from Australia Post. A dispatch confirmation email or SMS will be sent once the order has been posted. Please note; orders placed on the weekend or Victorian Public Holidays will be shipped as soon as possible.

For Larger items like FoodCubes, we have a fixed rate for delivery of these items. They are sent via truck as they take a full pallet space. Companies used will vary from state to state. Delivery fees are based on State and Metro/Regional Locations.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 242 Clarinda Road, Heatherton, Victoria. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email or SMS when your order is ready along with instructions.

Please have your order confirmation email or SMS with you when you come.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@adaptablegardens.com.au or call Ben on 0424 624 309 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
