Strata Maintenance

Adaptable Gardens specialises in strata maintenance, allowing strata companies to have confidence that the properties they manage will be well cared for, ensuring resident satisfaction.

We get to know the residents and committee members so that we look after the space in a way that respects those that use it most.

Scope of Works

Garden Maintenance

Lawn mowing of both small spaces and large blocks. We have the equipment for every block size.
Edging of lawns to ensure that pathways are kept clear.
Pruning of plants including de-heading of flowers and seasonal fruit tree pruning.
Hedging to a height of 4 meters.
Weeding of shared garden beds and weed control in pathways and driveways.
Removal of green garden waste when requested.
Use of blower/vacuum to remove fallen leaves to aid in reduction of blocked drains and gutters.

Aged Care

When working with older clients, we know it’s about more than gardening. We focus on:

Listening and communicating clearly to understand each client’s needs.
Maintaining safe outdoor spaces by
clearing pathways, reducing hazards and supporting clients with reduced mobility.
Building trusting relationships with
sensitivity to the vulnerability some
clients may experience.

Strata Maintenance

We also deliver the following services:

Blow down of all common areas including pathways and driveways.
Pressure washing of common areas
including pathways and driveways.
Surface level cleaning of shared indoor spaces.
Non-qualified handyman services like changing of light bulbs in common spaces or replacing anti slip strips on stairs, saving money by not relying on other trades

As gardeners, we love to get going in the morning, but we also understand that not everyone is a morning person. We get to know our clients and work our schedule around them when we can. We are also investing in more battery equipment to add to our product range to ensure there is less noise on every job we do.

This is our biggest point of difference. We don’t just look at what needs maintaining aesthetically, we look at how we can improve a space. Soil health is considered and how we can reinvigorate an area. It doesn’t matter if it’s a patch of grass, or a pot plant in the kitchen, we all need a connection to nature. We are continuously looking at how we can create those spaces for clients.
